This microcredential will provide the knowledge and know-how for driving business performance through a focus on sustainability.

Building on a foundational understanding of sustainability and how it impacts business performance, you will learn proven strategies to address growing demands for enhanced environmental and social governance, while simultaneously improving business performance.

• develop a purpose statement to inspire and align sustainability efforts
• complete a materiality assessment to identify relevant sustainability trends, risks and opportunities for business, according to international frameworks
• complete a map to identify key stakeholders and an assessment matrix to illustrate their relative importance
• develop a set of strategic pillars to focus sustainability efforts and improve performance
• measure the sustainability impact of a business according to international frameworks such as the GHG Protocol and the Global Reporting Initiative by developing key performance indicators and metrics
