FTT 100 – Sustainable Food Supply Chain Systems in Track and Trace

In this microcredential, you will learn about food supply, sustainability and effective distribution. You will examine tracking and tracing practices and how they apply to real-world examples.

In addition, you’ll develop skills to assess and implement measures to ensure a safe food supply, which takes into account the environment, social equity and economics. This course will help professionals gain an in-depth understanding of supply chain systems with a focus on meeting current requirements and governance goals for trade.
