This program is designed for individuals who have graduated from a degree or diploma program or have work experience and are looking to gain skills in marketing to further their careers and expand their options for employment opportunity.
Students build on their prior education and experience by learning how to apply marketing concepts and techniques. This 28-week intense program will provide students with the skills and knowledge involved in understanding the marketing mix to develop marketing plans and managing marketing activities. The program addressed key areas that include marketing research techniques, how to launch a new product or service, market segmentation techniques, pricing strategies, promotion and communications strategies, generating new accounts and sales revenues, and strategic market planning.
Studies in Marketing Management are offered at the Markham Campus located at Highway 404 and Highway 7. This newly designed campus includes a Business Research and Intelligence Centre and a Marketing Media Production Studio. The Markham campus is equipped with the state of the art technology and wireless internet service.

Employment opportunities for Marketing Management graduates exist in all sizes and types of organizations, from financial service to high-tech firms, as well as in not-for-profit organizations and the government sector. Graduates can find employment in the following areas of marketing, including Advertising Management, Customer Service, Direct Response Marketing, Entertainment or Sports Marketing, Media Buying or Media Sales, Market Research, Sales or Promotion Management.
Through transfer agreements and institution partnerships, graduates of this Seneca College program may be eligible for credit towards Masters Degrees at the following universities and college:
