Those walking on the sidewalk between parking lots 2 and 3 will be temporarily diverted to a fenced walkway in Parking Lot 3.
The road to the traffic loop is now closed and Parking Lot 2 will serve as drop off point and short term parking. It will no longer be used for employee parking.
The College appreciates your patience and co-operation as we continue the early stages of construction of a 150,000-square-foot expansion at the campus.

Traffic on the Finch Avenue entrance road to Newnham Campus will be temporarily changed as early as Monday, March 15.
A section of the road will be closed, and all traffic will be diverted through the traffic loop in front of Building B. During this time, two-way traffic will be traveling through the loop (see map) and there will be no stopping allowed. This change to the road is planned to last only a few days but is dependent on weather and other conditions.
Vehicles will be encouraged to enter the campus from the Don Mills entrance. Please plan accordingly.

Starting Monday, Feb. 22, the number of parking spaces available in the short-term visitor parking area at Newnham Campus will be reduced. Meanwhile, Parking lot P2 is expected to reopen by the end of the week — weather permitting.
As Parking lot P2 remains closed due to construction, Newnham Campus employees can make a request to park in lot P10. To access this lot, please contact Cindy O’Brien or Phil Pomeroy with your parking permit number, which is located on your parking pass.
All students and employees are reminded to please obey the posted construction signs at Newnham Campus. These signs are posted for your safety. Please follow them and do not enter restricted construction zones.
As construction moves forward on the new 150,000-square-foot-building at Newnham Campus, we invite you to join us in watching the building take shape. Throughout the process, a camera overlooking the site will provide a live snapshot of all the activity. View construction
Starting Friday, Feb. 12 approximately 250 metres of Au Large Boulevard - the Finch Avenue entrance road to Newnham Campus - will be temporarily reduced to two lanes.
As well, Parking lot P2 will be closed.
Both projects are expected to take two weeks but their completion will depend on the weather.
In order to assist with traffic flow, parking staff will be on hand to direct traffic during peak times, but there may still be delays. Alternatively, vehicles are encouraged to enter the campus from the Don Mills entrance. Please plan accordingly.
The College appreciates your patience and co-operation as we begin the construction of a 150,000-square-foot expansion at the campus. Check My.Seneca's College News for future updates.

In order to make way for a new 150,000-square-foot-building at Newnham Campus, demolition of the Annex building has started. The Annex has seen a number of uses since it opened in 1980. It first housed Seneca's popular Centre for Independent Learning which used new technology and ways of delivering education. Its unique approach to learning, which was supported by Seneca-produced VHS tapes and comprehensive correspondence-based study guides, attracted attention worldwide. It later served as the College's Microcomputer Centre, the forerunner to our current Computer Commons which opened in 2003.
